首旅酒店(600258)发布《关于重大现金购买交易取得如家酒店集团股东大会批准的公告》，公司拟通过合并方式向如家酒店集团非主要股东支付现金对价，实现如家酒店集团的私有化。本次重大现金购买交易完成交割后，如家酒店集团将从 Nasdaq Global Market 退市，成为首旅酒店的控股子公司。
