去年年底，首旅酒店发布公告称，拟向SmartMaste等8名投资者发行股份，用于购买Poly Victory Investments公司100%股权和如家酒店集团19.60%股权。8名交易对象中有4名属境外投资者，沈南鹏为中国香港居民，Peace Unity、Wise Kingdom、Smart Master均为注册于英属维尔京群岛的公司。
该发行计划于今年4月8日获得中国证监会有条件通过。此次取得商务部批准后，首旅酒店表示将尽快办理公司发行股份购买资产并募集配套资金等相关事宜。
