摩根士丹利AlphaWise调查的结果显示，使用Airbnb的人数的增长以及用Airbnb代替酒店的人数的增长都高于预期。
因此，分析师预测，酒店收入的增长要比他们先前的预测还要慢80%。
如果没有Airbnb，酒店的入住人数将会增长9%。这是跟去年的调查相比较之后得出的结果。去年的调查询问了4400名来自美国、英国、法国和德国的Airbnb用户。
该调查还与数据研究公司STR的结果相矛盾，后者使用了Airbnb提供的数据。STR发现，Airbnb实际上并没有替代酒店。
