2016年12月8日 ，悦榕控股(以下简称“悦榕集团”)今日宣布，与雅高酒店集团达成战略合作协定。双方将以长期合作伙伴关系为基础，开展深入合作，共同开发及管理全球范围内的悦榕集团旗下品牌酒店。悦榕集团将接入雅高酒店集团全球预订及销售网络，以及雅高乐雅会客户忠诚计划。
雅高酒店集团将向悦榕集团投资两千四百万新币(约合一千六百万欧元)，双方将在全球范围内共同开发悦榕集团所拥有的旗下品牌。该项投资属于强制性可转化债券，将给予雅高酒店集团约5%悦榕集团股份。雅高酒店集团还可选择性购买额外约5%的股份。
