摩根斯坦利研究机构执行董事 Brian Nowak在报告里写道：“我们的AlphaWise调查结果表明，旅行者对Airbnb的认可度越来越高(目前大约是18%)，之前预定酒店现在预订Airbnb的旅行者越来越多。尽管对酒店业的威胁仍很小，但我们认为Airbnb在2016年给酒店带来的威胁比人们预测的多一倍，并且这种威胁还在继续增加。”
