本就剑拔弩张的华住酒店集团（以下简称“华住”）与加盟商纠纷再起风波。1月19日，华住起诉旗下汉庭加盟商陆先生案开庭，原因是被告此前在网上发表文章暗指华住不断开店影响了加盟商的利益。
华住方面认为加盟商陆先生损害了酒店品牌，遂将加盟商陆先生一纸诉状告上法庭。实际上，华住与加盟商的矛盾由来已久。业内人士认为，当前不少经济型酒店为追求更好的业绩，不断疯狂开店，导致旗下加盟商利益受到损害。而加盟商和品牌是唇亡齿寒的关系，如果长此以往，最终损害的还是品牌声誉。
