3月2日,，君亭酒店发布称，公司正在申请IPO，日前已报送上市辅导材料，目前正接受安信证券的辅导。
公告显示，君亭酒店于2017年2月28日向浙江证监局提交了IPO辅导备案登记材料，辅导备案情况已于2017年3月1日在浙江证监局网站公示。
公开资料显示，君亭酒店于2016年3月7日挂牌新三板。挂牌后，公司一直处于协议转让，并未在新三板进行过融资和交易。截至2016年6月30日，公司股东人数共计7名。
