新岭域集团(00542)发布公告称，于2017年3月1日，皇誉向保皇发出书面通知，知会保皇皇誉将终止酒店经营权协议及将经营权交还予保皇，自2017年3月7日起生效。于2017年3月2日，中誉向华盈发出书面通知，知会华盈中誉将终止酒店经营权协议及将经营权交还予华盈，即时生效。
董事会认为，皇誉及中誉终止旧酒店经营权协议，并由保皇与欣图及由华盈与新家园订立新酒店经营权协议将导致集团收入大幅减少。然而，其将不会对集团业务、营运及财政状况构成重大影响。
