“一波三折”的万达商业、富力地产（02777.HK）和融创中国（01918.HK）三方战略合作尘埃落定，富力地产最终以199.06亿元收购万达商业旗下77间城市酒店资产，而融创中国则以438.44亿元收购万达商业13个文旅项目91%的股权。
原本是约定的万达与融创二方的“世纪大交易”，最终由于富力地产的中途“插足”而出现了颇具戏剧性的结局。
