日前，海南三亚市，一名拒绝登记身份信息并殴打登记服务人员的旅客林某溶，被公安机关予以行政拘留和罚款处罚。
9月22日23时许，林某溶与朋友来到三亚市崖州区科宝庄园大酒店前台办理入住。因为林某溶朋友未带身份证，林某溶希望前台员工黄春贵能通融，让其直接办理入住。但黄春贵坚持要求对方依法进行身份证登记，否则不予入住。眼见黄春贵坚持原则，林某溶恼羞成怒，闯进前台内拳打黄春贵，又随手拿起塑料告示牌扔向黄春贵。
案发后，崖州分局依法对殴打他人的林某溶行政拘留10日，并处罚款500元。
