近日，一篇名为《一年100亿?揭秘“携程”坑人“陷阱”》的文章在朋友圈被疯狂转发，作者指出，在携程预订机票、火车票，经常会被莫名其妙地加入一些默认的费用，消费者往往还不知道，即便消费者知道，也要非常仔细的查找才能找到修改的地方。对此，携程回应“文中的一系列描述都与实际情况不符”。
而记者10月8日测试发现，在携程App预订机票，的确会默认加入28元“酒店优惠券”，预订高铁票则会默认加入价值40元的“VIP优先出票”选项。
