自2015年、2016年先后启动奥园(韶关)文旅城“岭南印象”、奥园(英德)文旅城项目后，2017年奥园集团文旅板块的动作迎来大提速。
2017年3月，奥园集团入主安徽许村古镇;5月，控股浙江歌斐颂巧克力小镇;同时，云南老君山、剑川古城、上海(松江)农牧乡野小镇等项目相继签约和落地。短短数月间，接连推出多个文旅项目，这对于一向以“稳健”著称的中国奥园集团来说，颇有些胸有成竹的意味。
