10月23日据香港媒体援引市场消息报道，由中银证券持有的铜锣湾珀丽酒店最终落实以16.5亿港元易手。
据了解，中银证券于2009年趁金融海啸楼价回调时，以低价购入铜锣湾珀丽酒店，涉资约8.33亿港元，持有至今，现以约16.5亿港元沽出，持货8年获利约8.17亿港元，升幅近1倍。另外，该酒店于今年年初曾进行过一次放售，先后多次传出有准买家出价洽购，但均没有下文。
