日前，有业内人士表示，中国海航集团欲出售其持有的西班牙 NH 酒店集团29.5%的股权。
NH 酒店成立于1978年，位于西班牙潘普洛纳，核心业务为三星、四星和五星城市酒店。旗下拥有诺翰酒店、诺翰精选酒店、nhow 和 Hesperia Resorts 四个系列酒店，总计6万多间客房，从纽约、卢森堡到中国石家庄，遍布全球各地。
中国政府加紧了中国资本外流的控制，海航集团被列入限制交易名单，这些都成为了海航集团或将出售其西班牙 NH 酒店集团的原因。
