近日，长白山发布公告称，拟发行可转债为长白山火山温泉部落二期建设项目募集资金总额不超过3.5亿元。这是自2014年上市以来，长白山首次进行的大手笔融资。
不过，在加码温泉景区和酒店开发的同时，长白山旗下多家以温泉、酒店为经营特色的子公司尚处于亏损状态。对此，酒店负责人表示：“酒店业一般有两到三年的筹备期，其间无法实现较为理想的收入，包括人力成本、开办费用、用品摊销等费用支出较多。”
