12月9日消息 日前，媒体报道了养云安缦酒店1万棵古香樟一事。随后，上海市工商部门已经以涉嫌虚假宣传立案调查该酒店。
8日上午，市工商检查总队即赴养云安缦酒店调查，调查内容包括“1万棵古香樟”这样的宣传是否客观、真实，数量是否准确，是否都是古树，即树龄是否都在100年以上，调查内容还涉及是否违规违法移植古树。
记者从市工商局获悉，目前，养云安缦已经以涉嫌虚假宣传被立案调查。
