1月9日，山水酒店发布公告称，中国光大集团股份公司将通过国有产权划转的方式，持有公司51%股权。
据悉，本次收购完成前，光大集团未直接或间接持有山水酒店股份。此前中青旅直接持有山水酒店51.00%股份。中国青旅集团直接持有中青旅17.17%股份,中国青旅集团控股子公司中青创益投资管理有限公司直接持有中青旅2.83%股份,中国青旅集团合计控制中青旅20.00%表决权,是中青旅的第一大股东和实际控制人,因而中国青旅集团公司系山水酒店实际控制人。
