1月16日晚间，万达酒店发展发布公告称，公司以3560.9万英镑（约合3.15亿人民币）出售集团伦敦物业项目的控股公司60%股份。根据公告，该物业为万达在伦敦九榆树区域的伦敦ONE项目。
这是王健林对海外资产的又一次调整。而此次出售的伦敦ONE项目，是万达在海外投资的第一个物业项目。
