新年首月收官之际，北京国企重组打响第一炮。1月30日，北京市委、市政府召开北京首都旅游集团有限责任公司（以下简称“首旅集团”）和北京王府井东安集团有限责任公司（以下简称“王府井东安”）重组大会，宣布两家企业实施合并重组。据悉，重组后的新首旅集团资产总额将超千亿元，成为名副其实的北京商业航母。
