最新消息，希尔顿酒店集团4月9日宣布将从海航手里回购希尔顿酒店部分持股，这意味着，在黑石把股份转手的15个月后，第一大股东的头把交椅将再次轮回。
据披露，希尔顿酒店集团已与海航集团达成协议，其计划直接向后者回购1000万股股份，并有权将回购股票的数量增加至1650万股。希尔顿将利用手中现金、信贷安排下的贷款和新债务来为回购融资。
相比海航出售希尔顿余下股份的价格，这一回购交易的价格将有1%的折让。
