众信旅游5月3日发布公告称，公司拟采用发行股份的方式购买资产，标的资产为上市公司控股子公司竹园国际旅行社有限公司（以下简称“竹园国旅”）自然人股东持有的剩余30%股权。上述交易完成后，加上之前众信旅游收购的70％的竹园国旅股份，竹园国旅将成为众信旅游的全资子公司。业内人士指出，这是众信旅游增强出境旅游业务布局的重要一步，收购竹园国旅后，或将在出境游市场占据更多份额。
