华天酒店 11月15日下午公告，公司股东华信恒源申请解除股份限售，此次解除限售后，公司无限售条件股份比例达100%。
据公告，此次解除限售的股份数量为3亿股，占公司总股本的29.44%，其中3亿股中质押股份数量为29281.96万股。解除限售的股份将于11月19日上市流通，至此，华天酒店所有股份均上市流通。
