全球最大的酒店集团万豪和OTA巨头Expedia最近重启协议谈判，无论对双方业务还是整个酒店住宿业，都将产生深远影响。1月3日，万豪和Expedia集团似乎达成了初步协议，但是“细节仍然有待敲定”。
此前，万豪支付给Expedia的佣金大约为12%，目前万豪想要将其降低到10%。
