1月18日晚间，上海锦江国际旅游股份有限公司宣布，拟竞价收购上海中旅国际旅行社有限公司50%股权。
官网资料显示，上海中旅由原上海市中国旅行社改制而来，主要经营出入境旅游、国内旅游、商务会展及奖励旅游、企业客户商务差旅管理等。上海东洲资产评估有限公司以2017年12月31日为评估基准日的评估情况显示，转让标的对应评估值为8374.435万元。
