4月12日，西安旅游股份有限公司发布2019年度业绩快报。西安旅游公布的2020年第一季度业绩预告显示，归属于上市公司股东的净利润亏损1000万元-1300万元。
导致公司2020年第一季度出现亏损的主要原因有：2020年初，新型冠状病毒疫情爆发，公司对所有下属酒店及旅行社门店自1月27日起暂停营业，所有酒店及旅游订单全部取消。
