近日，雅高宣布了其首家“全面数字化酒店”，即伦敦格洛斯特路的宜必思尚品伦酒店，酒店的数字功能包括在线和手机端登记入住、酒店内付款、数字密钥解决方案、数字餐饮预订服务以及通过Whatsapp进行的宾客沟通等。
雅高还表示，这家全面数字化酒店是其发展非接触式服务计划的第一步，该计划将在未来五年内影响北美和中美洲所有品牌细分市场中至少50%的酒店。
