假期临近，全国多地民宿酒店预订十分火爆。据台州市民宿协会、台州市农家乐休闲旅游业协会消息，目前，全市60-70%的民宿房间已被预订，预计到下周就会出现“一房难求”的景象。
台州市农家乐休闲旅游业协会会长姜义镯表示，台州的民宿行业在20多年前便已初见雏形，大约在2012年至2013年间进入爆发期，“台州民宿行业用了10年时间，实现了从‘点上萌芽’向‘遍地开花’、从‘单一吃住’向‘个性特色’、从‘各自为战’向‘抱团发展’的转变。
