6月13日，海航控股公告称，因长安航空股东之一——陕西长安航空旅游有限公司第三方股东反对，经公司董事会研究拟终止向长安航旅收购长安航空25.71%股权事宜，原交易对价达20.93亿元。具体反对原因未公告。
