中国中邦集团和上海连合房地产投资有限公司以1.4亿澳元（合约7.14亿元人民币）的价格购得悉尼双湾洲际酒店（Intercontinental Sydney Double Bay），这也是近两年来首次出现五星级酒店的交易。
该酒店位于Double Bay，靠近伊丽莎白海湾宅邸、悉尼歌剧院，接待过无数达官贵人，招待过戴安娜王妃、麦当娜和克林顿夫妇等。
本次收购是中邦置业集团进入悉尼酒店及酒店式公寓行业的又一新举措，中邦近几年来逐渐将投资目光转向海外市场。
