被判“死刑”的新都退已在退市整理期交易了5个交易日，意料之中遭遇连续跌停。而退市首日盘中惊现数笔特定数量的买单，在市场看来，这是新都退投资者利用盘口语言来表达不满退市节奏的情绪。此后的4个交易日则是卖盘大规模积压、交投寡淡成为常态，甚至出现全天仅成交1手的罕见情况。
5月17日，因会计调整后业绩未达标，新都退股票被判定终止上市。
