安邦集团以3.916亿美元从美国著名私募基金黑石(Blackstone)手中收购了阿姆斯特丹中央车站希尔顿逸林酒店。这是安邦北京公司与黑石达成的最新交易。据Mingtiandi透露，PropertyNL报道，地产顾问世邦魏理仕建议黑石出售这间拥有557间客房的酒店。
安邦目前拥有约300亿美元的财产和其他资产。这家阿姆斯特丹的酒店将为安邦CE及创始人吴晓辉在欧洲的投资及与黑石集团的交易再填一笔。
