8月7日晚间，据《澳大利亚金融评论》未引述消息来源报道称，万达集团正在商谈出售位于悉尼的Circular Quar大楼，以及位于黄金海岸的Jewel Resort，两处物业的总价值接近20亿澳元。
记者就此事询问万达集团，目前未或回应。今天上午，万达酒店公开回应称，没有洽谈出售上述项目。
