纵观全球市场，大中华区的整体表现持续走强。上半年平均每间可售房收入（RevPAR）同比增加4.1%，受强劲的公司业务及会务需求的推动，一线城市特别是上海的平均每间可售房收入同比上升了5.4%。令人惊喜的是，得益于稳定的会议市场、休闲旅游以及新开业酒店的提升，二、三、四线城市酒店的入住率持续增高，平均每间可售房收入增长达5.2%。
