9月19日晚间，有消息称，广州富力地产股份有限公司拟寻求约119亿元人民币(约合18亿美元)境内担保贷款，用于对万达集团酒店资产的199亿元收购交易。
据该消息显示，此次富力地产欲寻求7年期贷款，对于以上融资行为，可能会以其收购的酒店资产作担保。
记者致电公司相关人士，该人士称，“我个人尚不太清楚”，相关信息只能以公司公告为准。截至记者发稿，富力地产尚未发布相关公告信息。
