华天酒店9月19日晚间公告,公司拟向广发银行长沙分行申请授信总额度2亿元,其中授信额度1亿元内发生的贷款,公司拟以全资子公司湘潭华天大酒店有限公司(以下简称湘潭华天)名下部分房产进行抵押。
自2017年1月起,华天酒店已发布7份资产抵押公告,均以公司及子公司旗下房产作为抵押,向银行及信托公司申请了总金额不超过16.4亿元贷款。这说明了华天酒店流动资金严重不足。
