国能国际资产公布，向CEFC Group(Europe)收购Le Palais Praha s.r.o 100%股权，代价为4.96亿捷克克朗(相当于1.74亿元)，将以现金支付。
Le Palais拥有捷克72间客房之豪华酒店，为距离布拉格会议中心最近之豪华酒店之一。
董事表示，对捷克的旅游业前景感到乐观。
