4月20日，开源控股公布，以总代价8.1亿港元，出售目标公司Leading Prospect Limited全部已发行股本予梁绍鸿，目标公司主要透过旗下附属经营上环干诺道西94号及95号的晋逸海景精品酒店。
开源控股预期出售收益约3.37亿港元。此次出售事项后，开源控股将余下一间酒店位于法国巴黎的Paris Marriott Hotel。
