5月11日，绿地控股集团的间接全资子公司上海霓泰置业有限公司，以底价13.28亿元竞得启东市一宗19.14万平方米的商业、居住地块。
该宗地块位于启东高速公路东出口北侧，竞得人须在交地后12个月内开工建设，开工后36个月内竣工。
根据出让条件，地块内须建设一座四星级或以上酒店，地上建筑面积不少于2.5万平方米，自持并整体运营，不得分割销售。
