根据财报披露，由于成熟酒店ADR(已出租客房的平均房价)的增长和该公司品牌组合中拥有更高ADR的中高档酒店占比提升，2018年第一季度华住旗下酒店的ADR同比去年增长13.9%。
业内人士认为，“高端酒店如今的入住率和价格都比之前几年有所下滑，而经济型酒店市场的竞争已经非常激烈。相对而言，价格适中且高性价比的中端酒店崛起。”
