近日，众信旅游集团股份有限公司发布业绩快报。公告显示，众信旅游2018年营业收入为123亿元，同比增长2.19%;营业利润、利润总额、净利润分别为1.07亿元、1.11亿元和3499.64万元，同比下降69.28%、68.5%和84.96%。
营收、净利双降的业绩，让本就资本承压的众信旅游压力倍增。业内人士分析，众信旅游在2018年多次收购行为是其资本承压最重要的原因，加之出境游市场在过去一年出现不少黑天鹅事件，让其承受不少压力，出现双降的局面，也是意料之中。
