目前长租公寓数量在全国租赁市场的占比约为2%—3%，而发达国家这一占比约为20%—30%。
此次融资主要将用于公司平台改善和业务扩张，计划在国内北京、上海、广州、深圳、杭州、天津、武汉、南京、成都以及国外主要的华人居住城市。
