10月26日，福州市新型冠状病毒感染肺炎疫情防控工作应急指挥部下发《关于进一步强化社会面管控工作的通知》。《通知》提出，为快速有效阻断疫情传播扩散，全市暂停举办一切文化、民俗、展销促销等聚集性活动，旅游景点、景区等场所暂停开放，减少人员流动，切实保障群众生命安全和身体健康。
