美国著名酒店房地产行业研究咨询机构Lodging Econometrics近日发布了中国筹建酒店趋势报告。数据显示，截至今年第三季度末，中国筹建酒店共计3604家，筹建客房684,288间。目前在建酒店数量2543家，共计462,132间客房。筹建项目中，高端酒店和客房数量占比分别为22%和28%，创下新高。
从地区分布来看，中国筹建酒店数量最多的城市是成都（140家），其次是上海（126家）、广州（115家）、杭州（98家）和西安（95家）。
